the Dresden swords are named for the three enduring virtues in 1 Corinthians - Faith, Hope and Love. Another word in a similar vein that appears in early christian writing is charity - Caritas in the Latin. Going by the names of the swords, should the hammer remain infused with the nail I would propose the name Caritacchius.
Was instantly reminded of this weapon from Bloodborne: http://bloodborne.wikia.com/wiki/Kirkhammer talking about Roberto's hammer as a "sword".
ReplyDelete(nb Should totally call the weapon "Redemptionem" in that stage)
