Happy Holidays!

It has been a great present for us to see the numbers of people (and all the places they're from!) who have downloaded our podcast.  We hope you're enjoying our story and how our <sarcasm>best laid plans</sarcasm> cannot survive three seconds contact with our opponents...or even a single honey bee.

Happy Holidays and here's wishing you all a safe and fun one.  Cheers!

Episode #18 Posted! "I got this! I got this!"

The worst moment of the worst night in Task Force S.I.R.E.N.'s brief history is nigh. Against the steepest of odds and the longest of shots, the heroes step up to try and save one of their own. Many shine in the bright hot spotlight. But for one of our brave heroes, the mission will end forever.  Cue "Adagio for Strings".

Which PC Do You Like? Poll has been extended

The members of KOTN have decided (nay, demanded!) that the poll determining the popularity of our Player Characters be extended.  We want a fair poll, a strong sampling of listener feedback, and the players around the table have put a premium on earning the bragging rights of "Most Popular PC".

You know how it is around a gaming table. All the player-haters are like "C'mon, fan-favorite! You're not going to back down from single combat with a werewolf, are you?" Yeah, that kind of stuff. So please, take a second to cast your vote and/or leave a comment.  Listener participation leads directly to listener appreciation!

Episode #17 Posted! "Why am I on Dead Body Detail?"

This episode begins with a death...and gets progressively worse. Listen in as Task Force S.I.R.E.N. struggles to get organized after an ambush that leaves them with a dead body to get rid of (again), a compromised safehouse, and a potentially nasty situation with the furnace in the basement.

KOTN Gets a Shout-Out!

How cool is this! Eddy Webb mentioned our humble actual play podcast on a recent episode of The White Wolf Blogcast. Thanks to Eddy Webb for the consideration and to Tom @ KOTN for getting the word out!

We appreciate the interest and hope everyone is enjoying the build-up to the dark twists in our current campaign: Shit Luck.

Map of the Vicinity of Ohio City

For all you tabletop tacticians, we have updated our Files by adding a detailed vicinity map of Ohio City.

Our Storyteller has also identified key locations that Task Force: S.I.R.E.N. has frequented in our current campaign adventure. Given how many so-called "safe-houses" we have gone through recently, it is a sure bet that our mysterious enemies have access to this map.

Episode #15 Posted! "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor"

We pick up from last episode's cliffhanger the moment after one of our own catches a handful of bullets the hard way. Exhausted, wounded, poisoned, and outgunned, can Task Force: S.I.R.E.N. get out of this ambush? The answer has dire consequences that will change the team forever. Listen in and learn why...

New Features Have Been Added

Happy Post-Thanksgiving everyone!

KOTN is thankful for the comments, encouragement, suggestions, and corrections that you—our audience!—have shared. Keep 'em coming.

We have added some new content to the site, a full catalog of our podcasts and links to our forum. We will also be getting more campaign-specific content (character sheets, descriptions, more images) posted when we can stave off real-life "responsibilities, duties, and obligations" for a time.

Episode #14 Posted!

Who Brings a Werewolf to a Gunfight?
Task Force S.I.R.E.N. has had to deal with confusing riddles, mind-controlling bees, and a mad, manipulative earth mage. And now, as they stumble out of their carbon monoxide filled rooms, they face a much more mundane threat as shots ring out all around them. Listen in to hear who gets grazed, who gets riddled with lead, and who unleashes some supernatural payback of their own…

Please check out our Episode List and subscribe via iTunes or RSS. Also, leave a comment and we will most likely give you a shout-out in our next podcast.  Thanks for checking us out.

Added Session Recaps and Experience Point Notes

For those faithful that have been asking for it, I've added all our Chapter Recaps and Chapter Experience Points (as composed by our Storyteller Scott) to the Files page. Please check it out.

More information is being declassified (like character descriptions, character sheets, and more) and will be posted as soon as I can smuggle it out of the secret archives.

Finally, now you can see what you've been hearing...

Well, it's taken a lot of pain and aggravation on behalf of my fellow KOTN gamers to get me off my duff and start posting the content and materials that are being used in our game "Shit Luck".

We will be posting the character portraits, character sheets, and other visual materials used in our current campaign.  If there's anything you're interested in or want to see, please let us know.

Thank you for your interest and support!  The KOTN group is awestruck by the positive response to our Actual Play Podcast.  The simple fact that we have people all across the globe downloading our podcasts and sharing their feedback is incredible.  Enjoy the casts and let us know what you think.
